Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase — a subscription belongs to an Apple Account, not to a device.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you are in the free trial, cancelling before the 3 days are up means you are never charged.

The widget timeline holds one entry per day and turns over at midnight, local time. iOS decides when to actually redraw a widget and gives each app a limited refresh budget, so a widget can lag by a few minutes. Opening the app forces a reload. If a widget stays stuck for a full day, remove it and add it again.

That is deliberate. A long affirmation cannot fit a 170 pt widget without shrinking the type past legibility — so instead of truncating it, the small surface gets a short affirmation from the same theme of the day, picked deterministically. The main screen, the large widget and the share image always show the full affirmation of the day.

Check three things, in this order: the notification toggle in the app’s Settings; iOS Settings → Notifications → the app, where Allow Notifications must be on; and any Focus mode or scheduled summary that could be holding the delivery. The notification is scheduled locally, so it also requires that the app has been opened at least once since the last iOS update.

App Settings → First name. You can change it or remove it entirely: with no name, the eyebrow disappears and the notification falls back to a neutral title. The name is never inserted into the affirmation text, only above it.

The app’s language is chosen in its own Settings, English or French, independently of your system language. Affirmations are not machine-translated between the two: each one is written in both languages, so a line may read slightly differently in English and in French.

The vision board is free and entirely local: you pin your favourite affirmations and your own photos to it. Photos are copied into the app’s private storage, are never uploaded or analysed, and deleting a tile deletes it for good. Deleting the app erases the board.

Yes, all of it. The corpus is embedded in the app: the affirmation of the day, favourites, the vision board, widgets and notifications all work with no network at all. The network is used only to fetch a corpus update and to validate a subscription.
